Refunds & returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your order to send it back.
To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition it was received in.

Personalised items - unfortunately these are non-refundable.
Faulty / Damaged items - Please inspect the items upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item.
